Strategize: |
The art of creating a strategy involves taking your ideas and talking them out with another person. The act of verbalizing those ideas to another person will refine and crystalize for you the plan you need to create. This is especially effective with someone who is experienced at focusing ideas. |
Plan: |
Once your ideas are crystal clear and laser focused, this is the time to put them down on paper, get them organized and put together the plan of action. |
Actions: |
Work the plan you've created and be accountable to take the necessary actions. |
Results: |
Evaluate the results of your actions. If the results are not what you want, circle back through the steps. Is additional strategizing needed? Does the plan need refinement or changed? Do different actions need to be taken? Evaluate the new results. Circle throught he process as many times as nessecary until you get the results you want. |
